Jianli Hu, PhD
- Teaches MGTOP 581
- Jianli Hu holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management and an M.A. in Apparel Merchandising, both from Washington State University. Her primary research interests focus on supply chain management, inventory management, and forecasting.
- She enjoys traveling, reading, baking, and hiking. She finds inspiration in exploring new cultures and cuisines, and she often seeks out unique local experiences wherever she goes.
Dipra Jha, PhD

- He is recognized as an expert in luxury hospitality and tourism strategy, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors of State of Washington Tourism.
- He enjoys travel, jazz, and great food!

- He currently serves as an associate editor at the Journal of Business Venturing. His research has been featured in several media outlets including Forbes, Money Inc., U.S. News & World Report, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)’s Executive Network.
- Between shuttling the kids to soccer, baseball, gymnastics, and dance, he carves out time for his favorite pastime, golf.

- After graduation, she worked at an advertising agency. She then switched careers and went to work for Target Corporation where she held multiple roles. She gained valuable real-world experience from these positions that she loves to share in the classroom.
- She is married with two young children and enjoys outdoor activities and sports. She also loves travel.

- He has served more than 30 years, across diverse business sectors—public and private, large and small—as an employee, investor, and independant consultan. His philosophy is that we are all, at the same time both, student and teacher.
