Niah Henry is a digital transformation leader with 15 years of experience driving technology, operations, and business strategy initiatives across manufacturing and industrial organizations. As director of digital transformation at NAES Corporation, she leads efforts in process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled innovation. Niah holds an MBA in International Business from Washington State University and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
