Niah Henry is a digital transformation leader with 15 years of experience driving technology, operations, and business strategy initiatives across manufacturing and industrial organizations. As director of digital transformation at NAES Corporation, she leads efforts in process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled innovation. Niah holds an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Washington State University and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Devin Johnson is a senior manager of AI enablement & workforce strategy at Nordstrom, where he focuses on the intersection of AI strategy, workforce transformation, and organizational design. Previously at Amazon, he led large-scale talent, employee experience, and AI adoption initiatives, helping drive workforce innovation across a global organization. In addition to his corporate leadership work, Devin is a speaker, coach, and advocate for early-career and first-generation professionals navigating the future of work.
